Hyderabad Public School marked its 100-year legacy with a great grand celebration in the presence of the distinguished alumni that include Satya Nadella, Microsoft CEO and Shantanu Narayen, CEO of Adobe. The school, located on its own premises, witnessed the book launch event on Tuesday - Flight of the Eagle is a coffee table book - an attempt to celebrate a century-long journey and a list of achievements.
The book is a reflection of HPS's rich history and a dedication to educational excellence. It features interviews from previous teachers, staff, and students which will give the audience a detailed view of how much impact the school made.
"This book represents a century of shaping future leaders and stands as a testament to HPS's unwavering commitment to education," according to the school management's statement.
There were various celebrations marked, and key members of the HPS Society participated during it such as its president Gasti J. Noria, Board of Governors Vice Chairman Raghuram Reddy, Vice President MA Faiz Khan, School Principal Skand Bali, Vice Principal Amrutha Chandraraju, and treasurer and secretary Venkat Jalagam. Coffee Table Book Committee Chairman Chandrasekhar Reddy also did crucial work in the making of the book.
This centenary event celebrated not only the school's past but also its vision for the future, reinforcing its reputation as a cradle for leaders and achievers.
