- Cost: ₹1,234.91 crores
Both facilities will be constructed inside the Amaravati capital region.
Purpose of the Project
- The Secretariat will function as the base for Central Government offices that serve Andhra Pradesh. The housing complex will provide accommodation for government employees working in these offices.
