Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy held a video conference with district officials and collectors of cyclone-hit areas. The collectors gave updates regarding the rains and the damage in their respective areas.
Officials briefed the Chief Minister on the situation of ravaged crops and roads. They supplied minute information on loss incurred due to the impact of the cyclone on agriculture and infrastructure.
The Chief Minister went through the relief work going on and deliberated on the help anticipated from the central government. He asked the officials to arrange timely help for affected farmers and citizens.
Ministers Tummala Nageswara Rao, Ponnam Prabhakar, Uttam Kumar Reddy, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, Konda Surekha, and Vakiti Srihari graced the meeting. Coordination proposals for relief and rehabilitation activities at the district level were talked about.
