Government departments have implemented artificial intelligence technology solutions through their work with the Department of AI Integration. The Indian state chief minister ordered all government workers to use artificial intelligence technology for their public service tasks. The use of artificial intelligence technology will improve both operational efficiency and customer service capabilities according to him. The senior officials received a command from him to conduct field inspections. He demonstrated that when workers receive direct supervision their performance improves while public service operations become more efficient.
The Chief Minister used his office on Monday to assess the RTGS functions and public feedback. The meeting required him to establish a definite direction for the organization. He proposed that governance systems should combine drone technology with CCTV footage and satellite information. He explained that these tools enable monitoring of incidents while decreasing response times.
The Chief Minister emphasized accident prevention. He referred to firecracker manufacturing incidents. He suggested that officials visit Sivakasi in Tamil Nadu. He said they should study safety measures used there. He explained that these measures will stop future explosions from occurring in the state.
He directed officials to prepare for the summer season. He said passengers at RTC bus stations must have access to drinking water. He instructed departments to ensure proper arrangements. He stressed the importance of maintaining uninterrupted pension payment operations. He said there should be no delays or gaps.
The Chief Minister advised officials to avoid repeated surveys. He said surveys should collect only new or additional information. He instructed departments not to seek data that the government already possesses. He said repeated data collection causes inconvenience to citizens.
Officials informed the Chief Minister about the expansion of WhatsApp-based Manamitra services. They stated that the number of available services has increased to 953. They said this expansion will improve communication and service access for the public.
