The Prajaseva program held at Chamavaram, in the Tuni constituency, of Kakinada district kinda served like a platform for Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu to outline the state government’s welfare, development, and governance initiatives. During the event he talked about pension delivery, help for women, overall economic growth, health programs,and the ongoing government services that are already in motion.
While addressing the participants, Chandrababu Naidu said the government is working on improving welfare delivery and public services across Andhra Pradesh. He mentioned that many welfare schemes are being delivered to families across the state and that there are continuous efforts to make sure these benefits are reaching people in a more efficient way.
As per the Chief Minister, most families are getting support through multiple welfare programs being implemented by the state government, so it’s not a single option kind of thing.
In the middle of the event, Chandrababu Naidu kind of announced that 33 percent of Assembly seats should be reserved for women. He said this step, or at least the way he framed it, could boost women’s involvement in politics and make it easier to reach leadership, sort of opportunities that were earlier less available, you know.
He also mentioned, in a broader sense, that the idea fits with wider attempts to improve women’s presence in public life and in decision-making roles, not only as a number but as a real thing.
Most of the speech drifted toward economic growth. Chandrababu Naidu said the state has gathered investment commitments totaling ₹23 lakh crore. He suggested that these investments will back industrial expansion and bring more employment chances for people.
He then talked about big investment plans in Visakhapatnam, and he urged young folks to build skills that actually match what industry needs. In his view, skill development is basically the key that will allow the state’s workforce to gain from upcoming work opportunities, later on.
He further added that industrial growth could lower how many people have to move to other regions just to find work, because the jobs would be nearby, in theory.
Chandrababu Naidu said the government is working on steps that help farmers reach international markets. He stated that there are efforts underway to raise agricultural exports from Andhra Pradesh and improve how farmers can sell their produce abroad.
According to him, the initiative is meant to strengthen farming overall and widen market access for farm goods.
The Chief Minister reiterated the government’s goal of building a healthier Andhra Pradesh through the Arogya Andhra Pradesh initiative, like, you know, really pushing this whole idea. He also referred to the success of the previous Yoga Andhra campaign, and said there are plans to organize additional yoga programs centered around Amaravati, with more focus on routine maybe.
He encouraged citizens to engage in regular physical activity, and he said that daily exercise can contribute towards better health outcomes, in a kind of measurable way.
On governance, Chandrababu Naidu stated that the government is expanding online service delivery to address public issues more efficiently. He also mentioned the P4 program which aims to provide assistance to economically disadvantaged sections, the people who need support, basically.
In addition, he said that he and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan are working together on development initiatives for the state.
