He instructed the ministers and senior officials to give priority to their department-wise goals and review the development achieved so far. The Chief Minister held a video conference with ministers, district collectors, and senior officers over data-driven governance, use of technology in administration, and coordination with RTGS at the Secretariat.
At the meeting, the Chief Minister asked the officials to furnish details about the number of files cleared and the time each department takes in clearing them. He wanted efficient work with quicker decision-making.
The officials also informed CM Chandrababu that all government files can now be accessed online and real-time data processing is possible. He ordered that student certificates and citizens' health records must be preserved in DigiLocker for easy accessibility with more transparency.
He said when people go to a doctor, their health records should be readily available in DigiLocker. He added that the system will work efficiently only when the files are processed faster and correctly.
