Andhra Pradesh IT and Education Minister Nara Lokesh has said that the construction of Amaravati Capital City is moving fast, and it feels like it wont stop even with the rains coming in. While sharing a video of the site activities, Lokesh basically underlined that the state’s capital project is still going on, no kind of break.
Lokesh pointed out that there is no slowdown in the development of Amaravati, and he even called it “top gear.” In his view, the construction teams are working at multiple project points, so the weather has not taken away the drive, or whatever you want to call it, in building this capital city.
And here, Lokesh took a sharp dig at critics and social media trolls who keep saying “Amaravati is submerged” whenever heavy rains show up. He posted something sarcastic in response, like “Sorry, bro.” And through the video, he tried to push back on what he called misinformation and negative propaganda about the whole capital project.
The minister also said that the footage makes it obvious that construction is continuing even when it’s raining. He asked people who spread rumors to stop with those false stories and instead pay attention to the real progress that is visible on the ground, regarding how Andhra Pradesh is being shaped.
With confidence about the days ahead, Lokesh said Amaravati’s quick pace of construction is a solid guarantee for the making of a “New Andhra Pradesh.” He repeated that there’s no place for delay or setbacks in the capital city journey, and added that the government is fully committed to completing the ambitious project.
