Amaravati Quantum Valley Planned As Research Hub CM Chandrababu Naidu

Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Chandrababu Naidu, said that quantum technology is slowly gaining prominence as an area of interest and importance globally. He said that Amaravati Quantum Valley would be formed as an advanced and modern research zone.

War Talk Addressed to Technology Students

The comments were made by the Chief Minister in the course of an “online Quantum Talk.” Thousands of students of technological courses attended the event. The activity was organized in partnership with the Qubit and Viser companies. He said that there will be various sectors where quantum computing can be applied.

Reforms And Economic Growth

Chandrababu Naidu talked about the previous economic reforms to make the need for innovation clear. According to him, the Chinese began the process of economic reform in the year 1970, and Indians began the same in the year 1991. The result: economic progress in the Indian economy. The agricultural reforms contributed to the Green Revolution, which made the nation self-sufficient in terms of the production of foodgrains.

Future Plans for Andhra Pradesh

He pointed out that the central government is bringing reforms to empower the citizens under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He further added that many IT firms are opening operations at Visakhapatnam. He also added that Visakhapatnam is expected to be a future hub for the knowledge economy and technology. He further added that the state government has drawn an action plan for the establishment of Space City at Tirupati.
