Janasena chief and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan instructed the party leaders and activists to take part in development work from the Panchayat level to Parliament level. He met senior leaders at the Janasena central office in Mangalagiri. Pawan instructed party members to actively support local development and help build necessary infrastructure. As part of the committee formation, each village should have a five-member committee, he said. These committees will participate in village-level development activities. He also added that similar five-member teams should guide party programs from the village stage up to the constituency stage.
Pawan examined the nominated posts secured by Janasena at the state and field levels. He checked the details of existing positions and gave directions on filling the remaining ones. He said that though the party still abides by the alliance principles, it would henceforth give recognition and responsibilities to the members who have worked sincerely at different levels. Pawan made it clear that the Conflict Management Department, which handles the internal party issues, will be supervised from the central office. The department shall consist of a maximum of 11 members.
Pawan also made a point to include women in each committee. In a five-member committee, he stated that one woman and at most two women should be included. In the 11-member committee, three women should be appointed.
