Telangana’s Education Department has issued hall tickets for the Telangana Teachers' Eligibility Test, also known as TET. Aspiring teachers can download their TET hall ticket from its official website.
In total, 2.37 lakh candidates have opted for TET Paper 1 & 2. The intake this year has increased compared to other years, thanks to an order from the Supreme Court. The decision resulted in making TET compulsory for government school teachers already in service.
Approximately 70,000 applications were received in response to the revised rule. These candidates include contract teachers employed in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas or KGBVs.
The School Education Department had also announced that the results for TET exams are likely to be declared between February 10 and February 16.
