N. Chandrababu Naidu, the Chief Minister, announced that the state of Andhra Pradesh has started the new year on a high note with strong investment momentum. He remarked that the quickness of the Doing Business initiative has now become evidently visible in all the sectors.

The Chief Minister told that the investors are being provided with faster and more efficient services with the help of Speed of Doing Business programs. He further said that these drills are made to cut down the time taken and to make it easier for them to carry on their work.
He also mentioned the use of an escrow-based system by the government in the granting of incentives, to ensure transparency in the whole process. He made it clear that each sector has already been given a clear and organized policy.
