The TDP National General Secretary Nara Lokesh who serves as Minister for the party explained how it works to achieve social justice while alleviating poverty. He began training sessions at the TDP central office in Amaravati which he used to deliver organizational training to party officials about their duties.
Social Justice Development Through Leadership
- The party intends to establish social justice throughout every position according to Lokesh. He explained that the party membership needs to treat women with respect. He explained that dedicated members receive more than 83 percent of parliamentary committee assignments while new members occupy the remaining positions.
- He praised TDP leader Chandrababu Naidu, describing him as a consistent and dedicated leader who works for welfare and development. Lokesh emphasized that the party needs to provide youth members with development opportunities because loyal activists create positive examples which all members should follow.
Alliance Management and Party Unity
- Lokesh explained that the party maintains an alliance with Janasena and BJP which leads to minor differences between the three parties. He told parliamentary committee leaders that they should work together to settle their differences while maintaining their essential bonds. He warned that YSRCP opposition leaders will try to split the party into factions.
- He explained that all constituency party duties are distributed from village party presidents who lead the party to parliamentary leaders who serve as highest party officials. Working under Chandrababu Naidu requires you to adjust to modern developments while enhancing your organizational capabilities.
Training and Regional Centers
To improve party capacity, Lokesh announced plans to establish regional centers in Visakhapatnam, Amaravati, and Tirupati. These centers will focus on training party workers and enhancing organizational efficiency.
