The Governor unfurled the national flag, receiving a guard of honor from the security forces. The event included participation from Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka and other ministers. The Governor spoke to the audience after the ceremonial proceeding ended.
Telangana Rising Document-2047
Governor Varma spoke about the recently unveiled Telangana Rising Document-2047. The document aims to improve Hyderabad's reputation according to him while establishing fresh development objectives. The state has established three economic zones which will develop vital industries.

- The government has forgiven loans which total Rs. 2 lakh for 26 lakh farmers.
- The government provides a paddy bonus of Rs. 500 per quintal which brings total expenses to Rs. 1,780 crore for fine paddy varieties.
- Telangana produces more paddy than any other state in India.
- The Bhoobharathi Act has been introduced to resolve land disputes.
Employment and Recruitment
- Governor Varma announced the completion of Group-1 Group-2 and Group-3 job recruitment process. The government has established a total of 62000 employment opportunities until this point.
